✅ Check Before You Pay – Cash on Delivery

We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) service, which means:

  • You can check your furniture at the time of delivery.
  • If you’re not happy with the product due to damage, wrong item or any reason, you can return it on the spot.
  • No payment is required if you choose to return the item during delivery.

We believe in honesty and transparency, and this step keeps things fair and simple for you.

🔁 On-the-Spot Returns (At Delivery Time)

If you choose to return the product while receiving it, please:

  • Inspect the furniture carefully.
  • Let the delivery person know if something is not right.
  • Return the product immediately, no payment will be taken.

⚠️ Once payment is made and the product is accepted, the sale is considered final (unless there is a warranty issue).

1-Year Warranty

All our products come with a 1-year warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Frame issues
  • Structural faults (e.g. broken joints, weak legs, etc.)

If something goes wrong within the warranty period:

  • Contact us with pictures and details of the issue.
  • We will coordinate with the supplier to provide repair, replacement or partial refund, depending on the case.

Please note:

  • Damage caused by misuse, water, or accidental drops is not covered.
  • Warranty claims are valid only for original buyers with proof of purchase.

❌ Non-Returnable After Acceptance

Once the product is accepted and paid for:

  • We do not accept returns unless the product has a genuine fault covered under warranty.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or size issues after delivery is completed.

Yes, if your item hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can cancel without any charges. Just contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

8. What if the furniture is damaged during delivery?

Please inspect your product at the time of delivery. If it’s damaged, you can return it immediately without paying. We’ll arrange a replacement for you.

9. How long does it take to process a refund (if approved)?

If a refund is approved (such as in warranty claims), we’ll process it within 3–5 business days to your preferred payment method.

10. What should I do before accepting the item?

Check the product carefully for damage, size, colour, and design. Only accept and pay if everything looks good to you.
